Birdwatching from the balcony was a delightful surprise.

My stay was primarily to explore Ubud and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the balcony view overlooking the lush surroundings was a highlight for my morning coffee. I particularly appreciated the delightful breakfast options and how they were freshly prepared. The pool area was an inviting escape where I could unwind after a day of exploring nearby attractions like the Saraswati Temple and the Peliatan Royal Palace, both of which were a short walk away.

The walls are paper thin!!! Noise from neighbors echoes constantly, making relaxation difficult!!! Also, the Wi-Fi is frustratingly slow, only better on the balcony!!! Update the room hardware to match the pricing!!!

Staying at Swahita Ubud exceeded my expectations. The staff genuinely cared, often greeting me by name. They consistently checked in on me, which felt nice, especially traveling solo. The property itself is stunning. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the gorgeous swimming pool area. Breakfast options were delicious and provided a perfect start to my mornings. I treated myself to massages at the hotel—some of the best I’ve ever experienced. However, one minor issue was the air conditioning in my room, which dripped the first night. The staff were quick to address it. they fixed it the next day. I also think a few more toiletries like conditioner could enhance the bathroom experience. Overall, Swahita Ubud is a beautiful place with fantastic staff and great amenities, but small improvements can make it even better.
